The course leads you through the application of agile planning techniques to create a roadmap that defines what outcomes will be achieved and when these will be implemented. These outcomes are prioritised by the value that they deliver to the business area which is experiencing the change.
The course develops your ability to build trusted, empathetic relationships with those impacted by change, through the application of techniques based on neuroscience and emotional intelligence.

No pre-requisites; 50 multiple choice questions
40 minutes to complete; Closed book; Pass mark: 25 marks out of 50
Accordingly, dealing with change and, more significantly, the impact of change, is a high priority for organizations. This course explores how change affects, and is affected by, individuals, teams, organizations and change leaders, helping those responsible for change initiatives:
(1) Unlock resistance to change.
(2) Provide effective support and motivation to individuals and teams to embrace change.
(3) Manage and inform key stakeholders throughout the change process
(4) Speed up the implementation of change initiatives.
Understand how individuals are impacted by change and develop strategies to help people through change
Develop insights into how organizations work , organizational culture and the models and processes of change
Understand the drivers of change, the change governance structures typically used in organizations and how to define a change vision
Learn about stakeholder engagement process and how to develop suitable communications strategies and plans
Appreciate the impact of change on organizations, how to build momentum for change and sustain it
Understand the importance of defined change roles, and how to build and support an effective change team.
(1) Pre-requisite: PRINCE2 Foundation (5th or 6th edition); Project Management Professional (PMP)®; Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

Objective testing; 68 questions per paper
38 marks or more required to pass (out of 68 available): approximately 55%
Two-and-a-half hours’ (150 minutes) duration, no additional reading time
Open book. Candidates are permitted to use the official printed hard copy of the Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2® 2017 Edition. The official manual may be annotated and tabulated but no sticky notes and loose leaf papers containing additional notes will be allowed.
